Reflexology
Reflexology is an alternative therapy based on the concept that there are reflex areas on your feet and hands which represent every part of the body. With modern lifestyles the body can be thrown out of balance, this can be from stress, illness, diet, injury etc, and unable to perform at its best.
A Reflexologist, through applying a form of massage to the hands or feet, can identify these imbalances and using a specialised technique will work all reflexes on the foot to induce relaxation, restore the free flowing energy to the whole body and to stimulate your body's own healing processes to achieve balance and harmony.
It can be done as an individual treatment lasting approximately one hour or as a course.

Everything has an energy, you I and everything around us - crystals are a natural energy they are precise in structure being made up of atoms which can be used in their raw, or tumbled state. They have the ability to bring you in balance by their energy or electrical charge, which make your cells feel normalised and can bring about harmony and healing. Skin tags
These annoying little (or large) bits of excess skin can be really a nuisance for several reasons be it making the skin feel rough or looking unsightly, especially if they are visible. They can occur almost anywhere there is chaffing and rubbing - on your collar and sleeve areas, necklace and bra lines, as well as on the arms and groin areas, they can also occur on eyelids and the face. They are easily and safely removed in anything from one to several sessions depending on the number to be treated.

Mila removal
Milia are little or large whitish bumps under the skin. They cannot and should not be squeezed as you can tear the skin and leave a hole that may not heal and always become blocked. They are usually found on the face and neck area and can be a nuisance looking and feeling unsightly. They are easily and safely removed in anything from one to several sessions depending on the number to be treated.
